What are my Goals? My goals in life are pretty simple. I strive for excellence in everything I do. Not just in results, but in finding solutions which improve people's lives, create balance and open communication.

What is my Passion? I am a finder, learner, writer, educator and trainer. What is a "Finder"? I specialize in finding the right people, the right information and the right opportunities. Right now I focus on the Oil & Gas Industry. I enjoy this role because I can find the best information and people for my clients. And, I can find opportunities for unique and interesting people.

Together with my finding skills, I am passionate about writing clean copy which is clear, interesting and entertaining. Through strong communication, I can build strong teams and easily convey what I find. Also, I have a great passion for presenting and training. Whether to clients or colleagues, I ensure the message is fits the audience and encourages everyone to participate. More than anything, I am passionate about showing results - fast finds, great stories, successful translations, and clear results after a presentation.

Where has my Career Taken Me? Before graduating, I won an internship with a communications research company based in Singapore. Since finishing that internship and graduating, I have kept on working in Singapore. One thing lead to another, and my network grew stronger in Singapore.

Since then, I have worked in a Regional Communications and Business Development role with a Indian Software Company. Then, I worked for more than two years in Regional Training and Compliance with one of the largest Japanese Trading Companies.
